It’s about creating … #quote 112

It’s not about figuring out who you are,

it’s about creating who you want to be.

(Anyone know who wrote this? I got it from my good friend, Matthew King, but I know he didn’t write it.)

  2. We are truly co-creators with our Creator. I believe that the act of creating, regardless of the media, is the connection to this Force, the key to understanding who we truly are. I have fallen in love with this blog! hugs, pat

  3. Pat, I am smiling big at this. I too am in love with this blog (sounds silly, but it’s true!). I know that you can feel the underlying energy of it, and that’s why your connection to it is so strong. Thank you for reflecting that back!! And I agree with you about being In-Spirit (inspired, inspiration)…it is the space in which we allow Source to move through us, unhindered. Ahhhh…!

  4. “…creating who you want to be.” This was just the right thing to remember today! Thank-you!

  9. The source of the quotation is a sparkling gem of insight by the brilliant critic and essayist, George Bernard Shaw, who wrote: “Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.” No matter how you modify this quote it is essential wisdom that should take root in every life. Great find, Julianna. 🙂

    • Excellent – thanks!! I gotta figure out what I’m going to do with it now…replace the one I have up there, just add your note to the p.s., or do a whole new post. Thanks for taking the time to help out!!
