    • Tony – thanks for leaving this note. I love to hear when the messages land where they’re meant to!

You might be interested in my radio shows (radio tab on my website http://www.jricci.com – totally free and no commitment required) for support/encouragement/guidance as you navigate these changes – there’s some really neat stuff in them, and shows 2 &3 (to be posted shortly) are about change and facing dear, respectively.

Here’s to inviting/creating the new and better! 🙂

    • I wonder if you refused to think that – absolutely didn’t let that on your thoughts – how quickly “new” might be able to f’ing it’s way in…

      • I do understand what you’re saying. But reality is better. There is real sin. And it caused real problems that thoughts can’t cure. Truth is much better, good or bad.

        • I hear what you’re saying, as well. While thoughts may not be able to cure the past (some would argue that, strongly), they can change the future. What harm would come from trying? 😉

    • Kalabalu – That is a tough place to be in for sure. Have you tried little baby-step-changes…ones that only take a few moments (e.g. deep, centered breaths, or a 5-minute guided meditation). Those small changes are much more do-able than the big ones, because they’re not jarring, and they don’t require much time. But they DO magically open space up over time, so that we begin to find ways to make the bigger shifts. Make sense? There are a lot of free meditations on my website http://www.jriccienergy.com. And also my radio show, which walks people through “how to make changes in your life” is archived there for free. If it resonates with you, take a listen. Maybe that one little change will alter that roller coaster! 🙂
